
Sidley represented GT Independence, a financial management services company that helps customers select and hire their own caregivers, in connection with its significant investment from H.I.G. Capital. By partnering with H.I.G. Capital, GT Independence will be poised to help more customers with the financial, technical, and legal aspects of hiring and managing their own home health staff.
