
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Blackstone on the sale of NIBC Bank to ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
Having advised Blackstone on its public takeover of NIBC in 2020, Clifford Chance is delighted to have supported Blackstone on the next stage of the NIBC journey. The transaction marks an important milestone in NIBC’s development and provides a strong platform for its next phase of growth.
