Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad is going to organize the 1st National Moot Court Competition, 2016

Date: 23rd – 25th September, 2016

Eligibility:
Students pursuing undergraduate law degree (3 / 5 year program) from institutions all over the country are welcome to submit their registration forms.

Registration:

Step 1: Online Registration and Submission of Memorials
- Online Registration is open from 28th July, 2016. Teams are requested to send scanned copy of their registration forms before 25th August, 2016.
- Teams should send e-copy of their memorials in .pdf format by 1st September, 2016 to: mca@slsh.edu.in
- Online registration and submission of memorial is free of charge.

Step 2: Post-Memorial Round
- Teams will be informed regarding the selection of their memorials by 5th September, 2016.
- On selection of memorial:
- Send scanned copy of travel plan and Demand Draft by 8th September, 2016.
- Send a hardcopy of the registration form, travel plan and Demand Draft along with 5 sets of memorial to SLS-H by post by 10th September, 2016 at:
  Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad

Step 3: On-site Registration
- All selected teams are requested to reach Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad by 3:00 p.m. on 23rd September, 2016 (Friday)
- There will be an onsite registration where teams will receive their schedules for the event followed by the inaugural ceremony.
- Accommodation for days of the competition will be provided by Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad

Accommodation shall be provided from10:00 a.m. on 23rd September, 2016 to 10:00 a.m. on 26th September, 2016. In case of extension of stay, the participants have to bear any extra expense incurred on accommodation and travel.

Registration opens on:	28th July, 2016
Last Date of Registration (only fill the registration form, no registration fees required):	25th August, 2016
Last Date of Memorial Submission (Memorial round e-copy):	1st September, 2016 (5:00 p.m.)
Result of Memorial round	5th September, 2016
Last Date of the scan copy of the registration form, Demand Draft (DD) and travel details:	8th September, 2016
Last Date of the hard copy of the registration form, Demand Draft (DD), travel details and the memorial (5 sets from each side):	10th September, 2016
Date of the Moot Court Competition:	23rd – 25th September, 2016
