Latham Advises on Transaction Named Debt Market Deal of the Year

Latham & Watkins advised Hanwha Life Insurance on the US$1 Billion Tier II Subordinated Capital Securities offering that was named Debt Market Deal of the Year in Asian Legal Business’ Korea Law Awards 2025.
