DLA Piper advised the initial purchasers, led by Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Moelis & Company LLC, in an upsized offering of US$588 million of convertible senior notes by Bitfarms Ltd. The offering consisted of 1.375 percent convertible senior notes due 2031.

Bitfarms is a North American energy and digital infrastructure company that builds and operates vertically integrated, state-of-the-art data centers and energy infrastructure for high-performance computing and Bitcoin mining.
