Latham & Watkins Advises on Booking Holdings Inc.’s €1.50 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

Booking Holdings Inc., a leading provider of online travel and related services, provided to consumers and local partners in more than 220 countries and territories through five primary consumer-facing brands, Booking.com, Priceline, Agoda, KAYAK, and OpenTable, has priced an offering of €750mm 3.000% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2030 and €750mm 3.625% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2035.
