
Clifford Chance have advised Zelestra in signing an innovative long-term tolling agreement with BKW enabling the delivery of a major 2 GWh battery storage project in Italy. This is the first agreement of its kind in Italy.
The Clifford Chance team was made up of Italian and German professionals, and was composed by partners Umberto Penco Salvi and Chiara Commis, counsels Riccardo Coassin and Zaid Mansour and senior associates Vittorio Novelli and Marie Karle.
