Clifford Chance advises on refinancing for a transmission line in the Dominican Republic

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised CIFI LATAM, S.A. and CIFI Sustainable Infrastructure Debt Fund L.P., in connection with a credit facility provided to North Bay Development, S.A.S. (an affiliate of Energía 2000, S.A.) for the refinancing of a 345kV, 128-kilometer transmission line located in the Montecristi and Santiago provinces of the Dominican Republic.

The Clifford Chance team advising on the deal included counsel Alberto Haito and special legal consultant Pedro Buchanan.
