Ropes & Gray represented Mudrick Capital in connection with the provision of a super-priority secured revolving facility for Expanse Energy Solutions. The transaction closed on July 3, 2025.

Expanse Energy Solutions and its affiliates provide integrated electrical infrastructure, instrumentation and automation system solutions that support a broad spectrum of process-driven and power-distribution assets across the United States.
