Ropes & Gray Advises Underwriters in Accelerant’s $832.2 Million IPO

Ropes & Gray represented the underwriters in Accelerant Holdings’ upsized $832.2 million IPO. The pricing of the IPO was announced on July 24 in a press release and the transaction closed on July 25. Shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ARX.” Accelerant is a data-driven risk exchange connecting underwriters of specialty insurance risk with risk capital providers. The team was led by capital markets partner Rachel Phillips and included capital markets partner Thomas Holden, tax partner Elaine Murphy, executive compensation & employee benefits partner Renata Ferrari, employment partner Greg Demers, and data, privacy & cybersecurity partner Fran Faircloth.
