Rekeep S.p.A., the leading company of the main Italian group active in integrated facility management has successfully completed the issuance of €360 million senior secured notes due 2029. The transaction allowed the full early redemption of the previous €370 million senior secured notes due 2026 and the refinancing of the main part of the Group’s financial debt.
In the context of the transaction, Rekeep has also entered into a new revolving credit facility (RCF) agreement which provides €55.5 million available for drawings.
