Kirkland & Ellis has advised Bain Capital on the acquisition of the Apleona group (“Apleona”) from PAI Partners.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, Apleona is a leading European real estate and facility manager with an annual turnover of EUR 4 billion. With more than 40,000 employees in over 30 countries, the company runs and manages real estate in all asset classes and offers development as well as fit-out services.
