Led by Frankfurt partner Dr Jörg Herwig global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Energy Transition Investments GP S.à r.l. (ETI), an investment company of Trilantic Europe, on the acquisition of all shares in Swiss Axicom HV AG from German investment company RCP.
