Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised mBank S.A. on the financing of two PV installations in Poland, totalling 17 MWp, by Volta Polska.

Volta Polska is an independent renewable energy producer focusing on developing, financing, constructing, and operating PV plants. The company offers tailored solutions and comprehensive services for the development and operation of renewable energy power plants to support the decarbonisation initiatives of its corporate clients.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team, which was overseen by energy and project finance partner Tomasz Rogalski, advised on the negotiation of the finance documents and project aspects of the transaction.

The finance workstream was led by associate Karolina Lepakiewicz and included senior associate Igor Kondratowicz, associate Daniel Książek and team member Antoni Krzyżanowski, while the project aspects were handled by team members Bartosz Odziemkowski and Mikołaj Wołczyński.
