Clifford Chance advises Paragon Partners and WEKA Group on the sale of WEKA Fachmedien GmbH to NürnbergMesse

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised private equity firm Paragon Partners (“Paragon”) and its portfolio company WEKA Group on the carve-out and sale of WEKA Fachmedien GmbH to an affiliate of NürnbergMesse GmbH. The transaction closed on 31 December 2024.

WEKA Fachmedien GmbH is a leading provider of specialist publications, digital platforms and events in the fields of electronics, automation, information and communication technology sector. For over 20 years, WEKA Fachmedien and NürnbergMesse have jointly organised the “embedded world Exhibition&Conference”, the world’s leading trade fair for embedded electronic systems.
