Latham Advises LBC on €225 Million Private Placement
London infrastructure team acted for the leading international and independent liquid bulk storage company in the transaction.
Latham & Watkins has advised LBC Tank Terminals Group (LBC), a leading international and independent liquid bulk storage company, on its €225 million private placement.
LBC intends to use the newly secured capital to drive its next phase of growth and ensure sustained robust liquidity.
The Latham team was led by London finance partner Conrad Andersen and counsel Rebecca Crowley, with associate Megan Robertson. Advice on derivatives matters was provided by London counsel Delyth Hughes; and on tax matters by London partner Aoife McCabe.
