The landmark investment, led by leading global investment firm KKR and Bessemer Venture Partners, underscores Aiwyn’s leadership in the accounting technology sector.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented KKR in the investment with a private equity team led by Boston partners Ryan McCarthy and John Miller, with associates Cory Lewis and Sue Kim.
