Kirkland Advises Antin Infrastructure Partners on Close of Flagship Fund V Above €10 Billion

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Antin Infrastructure Partners, one of the world’s leading infrastructure investment firms, on the successful closure of its fifth flagship fund above target, raising €10.2 billion ($10.7 billion). The new fund is expected to be the largest infrastructure fund to reach a final closing worldwide in 2024.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds lawyers Raphaël Bloch and Erica Berthou.
