DLA Piper (Canada) LLP announces the addition of Rosalie A. Clark as counsel to its Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations, and Construction groups. Based in the Vancouver office, Rosalie’s practice focuses on all aspects of construction and infrastructure law.
Rosalie represents a wide range of clients, including public and private owners, general contractors, design professionals, specialized trade contractors, and suppliers. She provides comprehensive legal guidance throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, including advising on procurement methods and contract models, resolving disputes early, and addressing claims through mediation, arbitration, or litigation. Her experience includes appearances before arbitrators, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals in British Columbia and Ontario.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Rosalie was a partner at a Vancouver-based full-service law firm.
“Rosalie’s extensive knowledge of construction and infrastructure law strengthens our capabilities in this field,” said Robert Seidel, K.C., Canada Managing Partner. “Her practical approach and focus on achieving client goals align with the firm’s commitment to delivering effective legal solutions.”
Rosalie’s appointment reinforces DLA Piper’s dedication to supporting clients in complex construction and infrastructure matters across Canada.
