Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Eurazeo on the financing of IceLake Capital’s acquisition of Certe Groep, a Netherlands-based insurance advisory and intermediary service provider.

The financing provided by Eurazeo supports IceLake’s ambitious buy-and-build strategy accommodating the company’s next growth phase.

The Clifford Chance team was led by Boudewijn Vermeer and further consisted of Jeroen Kolthof, Lisa Ye, Samuel van Eijnatten (Global Financial Markets), Nolan Groenland and Robin Houtveen (Tax).
