Ropes & Gray has advised global investment firm Sixth Street on a new joint venture with Copley Point Capital (“Copley Point”) to assemble a portfolio of UK industrial and logistics real estate assets.
The initial pipeline portfolio comprises £180m of transactions, with Sixth Street and Copley Point intending to grow the venture significantly through both single-asset and portfolio acquisitions across the UK.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by PERE partner Will Bryant and senior associate Harriet Moseley. Other members of the team included tax partner Chris Agnoli, PERE associates Abbey Shaw and Tamsin Sahota, and trainee Ronan Doherty.
