Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised LetterOne on its significant investment in Dayim Middle East Holding Company, a leading equipment and truck logistics and leasing business in Saudi Arabia and the broader Gulf Cooperation Council region. The investment will fund Dayim Middle East Holding’s continued growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council region.
The Hogan Lovells team that represented LetterOne was led by London-based partner Sylvain Dhennin with support from Riyadh-based partner Turki AlSheikh, counsel Charles Jemmett and associate India Maddison.
