Clifford Chance advises Eni on US$1 billion sale of Alaska oilfield assets to Hilcorp Energy

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Eni on selling 100% of its Nikaitchuq and Oooguruk oil field assets in Alaska to Hilcorp Energy for US$1 billion.
