Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan, Mizuho, ANZ and Rabobank, as Managers, on the issuance by Louis Dreyfus Company Finance B.V. (LDC) of €650 million senior bonds guaranteed by Louis Dreyfus Company B.V..
The 7-year bonds, with an annual coupon of 3.5 per cent., have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 22 October 2024 and are rated BBB+ by S&P Global Ratings.
