Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised its longstanding client Avignon Capital, a European property investment and asset management firm, on the successful refinancing of two assets part of its core Dutch portfolios. It consists of a large modern hotel adjacent to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport, and a landmark office building in the international district of The Hague, the Netherlands.

The assets have been part of Avignon Capital’s portfolio since 2017. This financing deal, completed in collaboration with Berlin Hyp, reflects the continued confidence in these prime assets and their distinct strategic locations in the Netherlands.
