Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised AMPYR Solar Europe in connection with its portfolio financing facility from Norddeutsche Landesbank for the construction, maintenance and operation of a development pipeline of Solar PV assets of 300MWp across the UK.
This financing continues the acceleration of green energy assets that has taken place across the UK and Continental Europe. The financing allows AMPYR Solar Europe to build and own a portfolio of Solar PV projects across the UK based on a robust financing package which builds upon its solar portfolio across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.
This deal builds upon Clifford Chance’s leading “World Wide Projects Group” expertise in the solar and broader renewables sector.
