Clifford Chance acted as counsel to BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs as solicitation agents on the successful consent solicitation of Orange in relation to the amendment of certain outstanding SEC-registered notes.
The consent solicitation was undertaken in order to align the reporting provisions of the notes with the requirements applicable under French law for companies with shares listed on Euronext Paris, in the context of Orange’s delisting and deregistration in the US.
The Clifford Chance team consisted of, in Paris, Cedric Burford, Olivier Plessis and Santiago Ramirez and, in London, Jill Concannon and Jake DuCharme.
