Kirkland & Ellis represented Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP) on its definitive agreement to acquire a co-control common equity stake in Flextential, a leading data center solutions provider. MSIP joins existing investor GI Partners as co-controlling owners of Flexential. The MSIP equity investment will accelerate Flexential’s growth and support its mission to meet increasing demand for digital infrastructure.
