Viad Corp (NYSE: VVI), a leading global provider of extraordinary experiences, including attractions, hospitality, exhibition services, and experiential marketing, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its GES business to Truelink Capital for US$535 million. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
