OffSec, a leading provider of continuous cybersecurity workforce development training and professional education for cybersecurity practitioners, and Leeds Equity Partners (Leeds Equity) have announced that Leeds Equity has acquired OffSec from Spectrum Equity. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
