Weil is advising an investor group led by Bain Capital and Pine Island Capital Partners in the sale of portfolio company, Precinmac, a leading manufacturer of high-complexity precision components, to private equity sponsor Centerbridge Partners. This transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
