Global law firm Clifford Chance advised dealers in connection with the issue of green bonds by Polenergia S.A. with a value of PLN 750 million. The dealers included Santander Bank Polska S.A. (additionally as the issue agent), Bank Pekao S.A., and mBank S.A. The bonds were allotted to a total of 57 investors. Most of the funds raised will be used to finance the construction of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea. This is the largest private energy investment in Poland.
