Dentons has advised mBank S.A. on the update of its Luxembourg listed €3 billion EMTN Programme and a new issue of €500 million Green Senior Preferred Notes due 2030.
Commerzbank, Erste Group, J.P. Morgan, UBS and UniCredit acted as Joint Lead Managers for the offering of the Notes.
A joint UK and Polish Capital Markets team advised the Firm’s long-standing client, mBank.
