Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Panattoni as the developer on the construction of a new Built-to-Own (BTO) facility in Łódź, to be developed for E.G.O., one of the world’s leading suppliers for household manufacturers.
Panattoni, one of the key clients of Norton Rose Fulbright in Poland, is an industrial property market leader in Europe and an industrial space developer whose goal is to support local business by providing multi-functional build-to-suit warehouse facilities.
The Warsaw-based Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz and included associate Karol Truszkowski. The team negotiated the development management contract based on which Panattoni is constructing the development of the facility and is continuing to provide legal advice regarding the construction process.
