Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. in the investment in Mela Works S.r.l., Italian startup which provides digital services and applications for construction and maintenance operators, through its “Corporate Partners I”- InfraTech segment and ‘MiSE Co-Investment Fund’ funds.
