Baker McKenzie advised Oldenburgische Landesbank Aktiengesellschaft (OLB) in its capacity as sole mandated lead arranger and lender on the financing of the acquisition of adlicious Group by the Dutch investor FIELDS Group. Nordic Trustee acted as agent and security agent.

The Oldenburg headquartered OLB is a financial institution operating under the two brands OLB Bank and Bankhaus Neelmayer.

The founders and managing directors Viktor Eichmann and David Lange sold adlicious to funds managed by FIELDS Group and remain re-invested with a minority stake in the business alongside the CTO Matthew Probert, who also joins as minority shareholder.

adlicious was founded in 2014 as one of the first independent and purely programmatic media agencies. Combining data and technology to achieve better media activation has been central to their work from the beginning. Based on their many years of hands-on experience with many different platforms, they decided to develop their own technology to bridge the existing gap between creation, data and media.
