Clifford Chance advises Gilde Healthcare and Eetgemak on the financing of the acquisition of TotaalVERS

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised specialised healthcare investor Gilde Healthcare and its portfolio company Eetgemak on the financing of the acquisition of TotaalVERS, to form a leading end-to-end foodservice provider, offering a wide range of convenience meals, ingredients and groceries to the healthcare sector.

The Clifford Chance team was led by Boudewijn Vermeer and further consisted of Ena Talic, Arezo Zarbaf, Jasper Leistra (Global Financial Markets), Stern Flik and Robin Houtveen (Tax).
