Led by partner Peter Huber, an international team of global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Myriad Genetics on the reorganization of its international business operations. As part of the reorganization, Myriad Genetics has sold its EndoPredict business to Eurobio Scientific, a leading French group in the field of in vitro diagnostic medicine and life sciences.
The reorganization aims to better align Myriad’s resources with domestic opportunities while continuing to serve key partnerships with biopharmaceutical companies and patients outside the United States.
