Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the lenders in relation to the refinancing of a €600 million facility agreement incorporating a swingline facility for Wolters Kluwer N.V., a global leader in professional information, software solutions, and services.

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and ING Bank N.V. acted as coordinators and ING Bank N.V. also acted as documentation agent. Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. acted as facility agent and swingline agent, with various lenders acting as bookrunner mandated lead arrangers and mandated lead arranger.
