Mayer Brown Advises Euro Real Estate on Acquisition of Prominent Mayfair Office Building

Mayer Brown has advised longstanding client Euro Real Estate in connection with the corporate acquisition of 24 Savile Row, a notable office building in Mayfair, London.Euro Real Estate acquired the property for £90m (€107m). The prime multi-let property comprises 29,766 square feet of office and gallery accommodation.
