DLA Piper has advised TSG, a European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, on the acquisition of Biuro Inżynierskie Convert sp. z o.o. (BI Convert). The acquisition will allow TSG to grow its presence in Poland while expanding its footprint in the developing Eastern European market.

Headquartered in Wrocław, BI Convert provides electrical, low and medium voltage. and tele-technical installation and maintenance services to customers in the mining, oil and gas, and catering industries.

TSG is a key enabler of the energy transition for mobility. TSG designs, builds and maintains all types of energy distribution infrastructures for mobility, offering multi-energy solutions and one-stop-shop technical services to support professional customers all over Europe in their transition towards responsible mobility.
