Apollo (NYSE: APO) and The Travel Corporation (TTC), a global portfolio of 18 market-leading travel brands, have announced they have entered into definitive agreement for Apollo-managed funds to acquire The Travel Corporation, which has been privately owned and operated for more than a century.
