Dentons Spain’s Energy team has successfully advised VORN Bioenergy GmbH on a major operation involving what will probably become the largest raw material supply agreement for biomethane generation in the whole of Europe. Our firm has been involved in advising VORN Bioenergy GmbH from the outset in connection with the joint development agreement executed with local stakeholders and all other ancillary contracts such as long-term raw material supply agreement, shareholders agreements, and others.
