Clifford Chance advises Banco Santander on 1.2 billion euro synthetic securitisation Magdalena 10
Clifford Chance has advised Banco Santander on incorporating the synthetic Spanish securitisation fund “Fondo de Titulización Magdalena 10”, totalling 1.2 billion euros, and on issuing portfolio credit-linked notes for the amount of 87 million euros. These securitisation bonds are registered on the Spanish Alternative Fixed Income Market, MARF.
