Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Sunflower Ltd as sponsor and Windflower as borrower on the refinancing of the financial indebtedness of two wind farms (the 10 MW Miksztal wind farm and the 24 MW Suchań wind farm) and the increase of financing of three other farms (4 MW Działdowo wind farm, 6.4 MW Grabik wind farm, and 6 MW Brodnica wind farm). The financing was granted by Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. The total amount of the refinancing was 177 million PLN.
