Dentons has advised PATRIZIA, the global real assets investment manager, on the sale of the Metron office building in Warsaw. The property was acquired by two companies – Alides Polska, a subsidiary of the Belgian developer and investor Alides REIM, and AYA Properties Fund, a Belgian-owned evergreen REIM focusing on office developments in CEE.
Located in Mokotów district at 69 Niepodległości Avenue, METRON (also known as BTC Office Center) is a 9-storey modern building offering tenants more than 9,700 sq.m. of office space, as well as 131 above-ground and 28 underground parking spaces. The property was developed in 2002 and equipped with modern technical solutions corresponding to A-standard office buildings. Metron holds a BREEAM Very Good certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and efficient operations.
The office building is located within 10-minute distance to the center of Warsaw and 15 minutes to Fryderyk Chopin International Airport.
