Linklaters has advised Stena Real Estate AB, an international property company, a part of the privately owned Swedish Stena Group, on the acquisition of the Studio B office building in Warsaw from Skanska, for EUR 86 million.
Studio B is a part of an office complex designed by Danish Arrow Architects and Polish Grupa 5 Architekci. It offers 17,600 sqm of sustainable and innovative space. The office space was fully leased before getting an occupancy permit. Brands, like Societe Generale Group, C.H. Robinson, insurance company Unum Życie and Business Link, have decided to open their offices in the building. Studio B was constructed in accordance with the requirements of key industry certifications: LEED Platinum, WELL and Building without Barriers.
The transaction was led by Adriana Andrzejewska (counsel) from the Warsaw real estate practice. Artur Kulawski (partner) supervised the transaction.
