Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has provided Hong Kong and U.S. law advice to China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, CCB International Capital Limited and North Beta International Securities Limited, the joint overall coordinators, as well as a consortium of another 17 underwriters of the listing of Marketingforce Management Ltd. (‘Marketingforce Management’) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (‘HKSE’).
Marketingforce Management is a sales and marketing software-as-a-service (‘SaaS’) solution provider in China. It delivers sales and marketing SaaS solutions through its Marketingforce platform to serve enterprises of any size with a variety of needs, from content and experience, advertising and promotion, social and relationships, sales and delight, data and analytics, to strategy and management.
