Ropes & Gray Advises Dessert Holdings in its Acquisition of Kenny’s Great Pies

Ropes & Gray represented Dessert Holdings in its acquisition of Kenny’s Great Pies, a premier manufacturer of high quality, clean label, cream-based pies from Kaho Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made public on May 15 in a press release.

Dessert Holdings, based in St. Paul, Minnesota, is premium dessert company.
