Kirkland & Ellis is advising Luke Bidco Limited, a newly formed company indirectly wholly-owned by funds managed and/or advised by Thoma Bravo, L.P., on the recommended all cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Darktrace. The acquisition values Darktrace’s entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital at approximately $5,315 million on a fully diluted basis and implies an enterprise value of approximately $4,992 million.
